Management Information System

In this post, I‘d like to tell you why exactly I finally decided to make a blog. I was not actualizing it at all until I finally taking the Information System course. I am currently in my 6th semester at the Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Industrial Engineering. One of the subjects that I take is Information System (ENIE605028) which is weighted 3 credits. My lecturers are Prof. Dr. M. Dachyar. I am learning many things in this course with the help of the Management Information Systems book by Raymond McLeod and Jr.George P. Schell, such as IT and Electronic Commerce, Enterprise Information System (ERP), Electronic Commerce, Database dan Relational Database Management System, etc. In order to practice this course, my lecture, Prof. Dr. M. Dachyar told us to make our own blog and I thought it’s a really great idea because by having a blog, we are forced to write more often. I decided to write my blog in English to improve my writing skill too. Then, we also do practical things systematically by writing in blogs. Furthermore, we can share what we learn with other people so we don’t just keep it by ourselves in order to give a bigger impact on our surroundings.
